Join Gateway Church Awana!

Awana at Gateway Church is a fun, Christ-centered program for kids ages 3 through 6th grade. Our 2026–2027 season runs from September 2, 2026 to May 5, 2027 on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm. Each week, children grow in their faith through engaging Bible lessons, games, and activities in a safe and welcoming environment.

For over 20 years, Gateway Church has been blessed to partner with families through Awana. Every child, from preschool through 6th grade, meets on Wednesday evenings, with each age group participating in its own age-appropriate group. 

All of our Awana volunteers have completed the required background screening and fingerprinting in accordance with California law and our church's child safety policies.

To help provide a safe, secure, and consistent environment for every child, we ask that parents do not remain in the Awana classrooms during club time. This allows children to engage with their leaders and classmates while helping us maintain our established child safety procedures.

Awana does not meet on: 10/28/26, 11/27/26, All of December, 1/1/27, 1/8/27, 2/10/27, & 3/24/27. 

Cost: $85 per child for the full program year.
